Worcester Community Garden is a welcoming green space where people come to connect, heal and thrive. We are looking for trustees who believe in the power of nature, growing and community to support wellbeing. If you care about strengthening communities, supporting people, and making a positive difference, we would love to hear from you.

We want our Board to reflect the diversity of the community we serve and welcome applicants from all backgrounds, identities and life experiences. You do not need previous trustee experience to apply.

The community garden’s use of resources and our horticultural practices reflect the twin challenges of climate change and the biodiversity emergency. The successful candidate is expected to attend the Community Garden on a regular basis and to participate in key decision making.
