Wildlife Garden

The newest addition to our Small Space Gardens is a Wildlife Garden, created in partnership with Worcestershire Wildlife Trust. Work onsite began in earnest in the last week of November 2025; you can find out about how the garden was developed, here.

The Wildlife Garden was completed in June 2026, and is now a beautiful, peaceful place to sit and enjoy the birdsong.

The garden contains a number of planting areas to provide inspiration to those who want to encourage more wildlife into their gardens.

We have installed a ‘trail cam’ so that we can monitor the wildlife that is using the garden. Alongside a number of birds and grey squirrels, we have also recorded various deer species.

The wildlife garden will need maintenance in order to avoid it reverting to a bramble patch! Our friends at the Worcestershire Wildlife Trust will be returning regularly to keep things on track, and to monitor how various aspects of the garden are progressing, in case things need to be tweaked, especially with regard to our changing climate.

The development of this garden was made possible by a number of valuable donations of time, materials and funds. A huge thank you goes to the following:
