Worcester Community Lottery is a weekly lottery run by Worcester City Council. When you buy a ticket for £1 you will be entered into a draw to win cash prizes up to £25,000. You can decide which cause your money goes to, and Worcester Community Garden is now on the list of causes, so we hope you will choose us!
From every £1 ticket sold, 50p will come directly to us, with the remainder going on prizes and admin.
Draws take place every Saturday. You can buy tickets for the draw as a one-off, or set up a monthly Direct Debit so that your numbers are entered into every weekly draw, for as long as you wish.

In case you don’t know us – at Worcester Community Garden we use organic and no dig principles to produce our vegetables, fruit and flowers, meaning our beautiful produce is grown with zero chemicals and zero air miles. The garden includes a number of ‘small garden spaces’ designed to provide ideas and inspiration.
The garden is run entirely by volunteers, who keep returning for the friendly and welcoming atmosphere, feeling valued, the sense of community, being able to come and go as they like without pressure, sharing ideas, meeting new people, everyone on site being approachable, and being a part of something they believe in. Amongst our volunteers are people who have been referred to us from the NHS, mental health charities etc.
Worcester Community Garden is part of the Camerados movement, providing a Public Living Room once or twice a month during the summer, at which all are welcome to drop in for a cup of tea and a chat.
We raise some of our funds from plant and produce sales, but apply for grants and donations to support our larger projects. With ambitious plans each year, including our new Wildlife Garden and Flood Garden, we are always very grateful for any money raised to further develop the garden.
