Transition Worcester Plant Swap

We are delighted to be hosting the Transition Worcester Plant Swap again, this year on 4 May 2025. In addition to the opportunity to swap or purchase vegetable, fruit and flowering plants there will be a pop up café on site selling cakes and refreshments, stalls selling eco products, free wood whittling sessions, and representation from organisations including Transition Worcester  and Worcestershire Wildlife Trust.
