Field to Vase, make your own posey

Join us for a delightful session at the “Field to Vase, make your own posey” event on 29 June 2024 at the Worcester community garden (The Community Garden is located at W3W:///nature.torch.grant) , using flowers grown on-site. These are zero carbon, peat-free, chemical-free, locally grown British blooms. This workshop is about learning about what we can grow locally throughout the season to reduce our carbon footprints, as well as cutting, conditioning & creating lovely posies for your home or friends. The focus will be on cut-and-come-again annuals (both hardy and half-hardy), as due to our now all to regular flooding at Pitchcroft, we are limited in the perennials we can grow. No experience needed in either gardening or floristry and all materials will be provided.
