After a quieter period over Christmas and New Year, and some seasonal cold and wet weather, we are now gearing up for an exciting growing season ahead. Here is a list of potential jobs for our volunteers in February.

Not content with just one dead hedge, our new wildlife garden now has the makings of a second one, thanks to one of our brilliant volunteer teams!
Days of rain led to the River Severn bursting its banks, with the inevitable inundation of Pitchcroft racecourse and the Community Garden, which became inaccessible on 7th February. Thanks to an intrepid canoeist we have these remarkable pictures of the garden under water!
More than two weeks later we were finally able to open again, thanks to the efforts of our wonderful volunteers who turned up to tackle the after-effects of the flood and make the site safe again.
