Join us on Sunday 24th August for our annual Eco Fair.

There will once again be a range of wonderful stalls, including street food, an ice cream stand and our ever popular garden café.

There will be hourly site tours by our site guides, and we will also be selling fresh produce plus plants, jams, honey and chutneys from the sales kiosk on site. Please put the date in your diary. We look forward to welcoming you on the day.

Entry on the day is free.

Transition Worcester Plant Swap 2025 at the Community Garden

We are delighted to be hosting the Transition Worcester Plant Swap again, this year on 4 May 2025 from 11am – 3pm. In addition to the opportunity to swap or purchase vegetable, fruit and flowering plants there will be a pop up café on site selling cakes and refreshments, stalls selling eco products, free wood whittling sessions, and representation from organisations including Transition Worcester  and Worcestershire Wildlife Trust. We hope to see you there!

Willow-weaving workshop

Join us for a fantastic willow-weaving workshop at the Worcester Community Garden!

We’ll be creating natural willow bird feeders using sustainable British-grown willow. These hanging cones can hold fat balls or nesting materials for garden birds, or alternatively could be used for storing garlic or onions in the kitchen. This workshop will give you an introduction to several different willow basketry techniques.

No previous experience necessary although manipulating the softened willow does need a little strength and dexterity in the hands. All materials and tools will be provided.

There is a nominal fee of £10 per person. Please feel free to bring your own lunch if desired. The Community Garden is located at W3W:///nature.torch.grant
